Rin-Kon-Tiki

Dark, earthy, tribal... This is Pacific island cocktail music with a savage edge boiling just under the surface. We like our Mai Tais swingin', not stirred!

Named after the famous surf spot Rincon Beach and the legendary sea-raft, Ventura County-based Rin-Kon-Tiki features hand and mallet percussion, ukuleles, bass, steel guitar, and conch horns for an acoustic sound that is one part relaxing waves, one part boiling volcano, and 100% fun! The band's repertoire of vocal and instrumental tunes includes vintage and modern Hawaiiana, surf, island rock, and 50's/60's exotica.
